The Raleigh Rough Riders are back, and this time Super Bowl Quarterback Beaux Hale finds himself playing the most important game of his life.

Every woman knows Beaux Hale is nothing but a player. Yet the first time he walks into Paige Halloway’s restaurant and flashes his sexy grin, she feels a heat between them spark. Too bad he opens his mouth and ruins it.

He may think his money, fame, and sexy looks will attract any woman—but he’s wrong.

Paige doesn’t have time for a man. She’s too busy keeping a roof over her head and taking care of her father to care about relationships.

Lucky for Beaux, he’s a man who's ready to use all the plays at his disposal. He didn’t bring his team a Super Bowl victory by giving up at the first block in his path—and Paige Halloway has just become his new long-game.

Beaux also knows that sometimes, in order to win and claim your prize, you have to get a little bit filthy.

I’m so overcome with feelings for Beaux and Paige’s story! I wasn’t even 20% into FILTHY PLAYER and I already had tears streaming down my face. This has to be my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE read from author Stacey Lynn! This sports romance was so full of heart and heat, I never wanted it to end! Star quarterback and waitress/mechanic – doesn’t that sound like an AMAZING love story?! Not only was this the sexiest story to date from this author, but it was one of the absolute SWEETEST sports romance I’ve read this year!

“God you smell good. And you taste even better. I just want to stand here and ravish you.”

There was SO MUCH TO LOVE about this story! It starts off with a hilarious meet-cute – one that does not go all that well for our young cocky quarterback. But only when Beaux turns up the charm and makes Paige forgive him, that’s when all the FEELS come into play. Paige’s family life is so heartbreaking and I know many readers will be able to relate to her strife. Her struggle and her loyalty to her father, prevent her from truly living her life. Beaux catches on to that rather quickly and tries his best to make it easier for her, but Paige has walls so thick and pride so high that she does NOT make it easy for him at all. There is something about Paige, something that he can relate to, something in her eyes that prevents him from ever giving up hope for their relationship. OMG! I could go on and on, but I’ll stop here because EVERYONE needs to experience their journey. It’s heart-wreching, sweet, swoony, charming, and just downright beautiful.

“For the first time in my life. I’ve found something, someone, I want more than football. I know you feel it too. I see it in your eyes every time you look at me.”

Ugh! Cue the waterworks yet again! Again, let me reiterate that FILTHY PLAYER by Stacey Lynn is an absolute MUST READ ROMANCE! Everyone from the lead characters to the supporting characters, they were all spectacular and unforgettable. FILTHY PLAYER is book #2 in Ms. Lynn’s Rough Riders Series, but it can be read as a standalone. I haven’t read book #1 yet, but after devouring this book, I have no doubt that I will go back for more!

About Stacey Lynn

Stacey Lynn currently lives in Minnesota with her husband and four children. When she’s not conquering mountains of laundry and fighting a war against dust bunnies and cracker crumbs, you can find her playing with her children, curled up on the couch with a good book, or on the boat with her family enjoying Minnesota’s beautiful, yet too short, summer.

She lives off her daily pot of coffee, can only write with a bowlful of Skittles nearby, and has been in love with romance novels since before she could drive herself to the library.
